On May 14th, Grandview Cabinetry opened its doors to the community with an open hiring fair. As the second largest employer in Labette County, we were excited for the opportunity to meet so many well-qualified applicants. Kansas Works facilitated the fair and advertised in the community for all open positions. Over 70 people attended the fair to learn more about the positions Grandview Cabinetry hopes to fill soon. From early afternoon to early evening, we had four hours’ worth of interviews with potential hires. And, we identified several strong candidates to join our team.

From its inception in 1946 in Grandview, Missouri to its move in 1965 to Parsons, Kansas, to its current operation of 212,500 square feet of manufacturing capability with over 220 employees, Grandview Cabinetry has been no stranger to change and growth. Always, though, our company has placed the utmost importance on hiring the best candidates for every job, from forklifting to factory floor work. At the heart of our company is our team of experts and professionals who have hands-on training and thorough knowledge of our product lines. Since its acquisition by Western Cabinets (Woodmont Cabinetry) in January, Grandview Cabinetry has been preparing for even more change and growth by hiring promising applicants and providing them with the training they need to be successful employees.

If you couldn’t make it to the hiring fair but you’re interested in a position with Grandview Cabinetry, you can apply here. Our application process is streamlined and easy to complete, and we carefully consider all eligible applicants.
