We are pleased to announce that Grandview Cabinetry has renewed its Environmental Stewardship Program (ESP) certification with the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturer Association (KCMA). With its ESP certification, Grandview Cabinetry is recognized for its environmental stewardship and commitment to responsible and sustainable practices in the kitchen cabinetry industry. The KCMA ESP program is acknowledged industry-wide by cabinetry manufacturers as well as government agencies, builders, and remodelers.
In order to earn ESP certification, Grandview Cabinetry successfully met high expectations in five categories including:
- Air quality
- Community relations
- Environmental stewardship
- Process resource management
- Product resource management
Although this certification renewal is an honor for Grandview Cabinetry, our devotion to working and living green has always been a cornerstone of our company. We believe that taking care of the Earth is our duty as citizens of this beautiful natural world, and our company practices reflect this core belief.
In terms of air quality, our manufacturing process is guaranteed to follow the cleanest industry practices. When we finish our cabinetry, we do so domestically, using low emission stains and varnishes. We are dedicated to our community and our products are 100% manufactured, assembled, and finished in the United States. As environmental stewards, we source wood from programs that promote sustainable forestry. And as a part of product resource management, we recycle wood waste to be reused in other products.
