Tim Price, Director of KS Operations

Name any job at Grandview, and Tim Price has likely done it. 29 years ago, he started in the face frame department. He then moved to the paint line, to the repair department, to assembly line inspection, and to the door department. Next, Tim worked as a supervisor, an estimator, a sales manager….the list goes on. With experience in design layout, sales, and production, it was inevitable that Tim would eventually rise to his current role as Director of KS Operations.

As if Tim’s tenure at Grandview isn’t enough to show his company devotion, Tim also met his best friend and wife of 24 years, Mary, at Grandview. The couple enjoys camping at the local lakes with their four grandchildren. And, there are no tents for these youngsters- more like a studio apartment on wheels! When he isn’t enjoying the great outdoors with family, Tim spends his free time landscaping, doing projects around the house, watching movies, and rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Fun Fact: Tim is the youngest of 7 siblings, and he learned to ride a unicycle at the age of 9. Today, he uses this skill to entertain his grandkids.
