Brian Hardin, Director of Manufacturing

Brian joined the Grandview team in 2024 as the Director of Manufacturing. Brian has been in manufacturing for more than 30 years and has held roles ranging from hands-on production line operator to safety coordinator to senior management during his career. His in-depth knowledge of production processes is an ongoing asset to Grandview’s production team.

Brian says his favorite thing about Grandview is the people: “I’m a people person and enjoy connecting with the team. We’ve got a great group of people here who work together to get things done.”

In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and knife making. He’s taken the time to learn smelting and metal work and creates a variety of items to share with friends and family.

Fun Fact: Brian is the youngest of ten (10!) children.
