Amanda Kinser, Human Resources Business Partner

Amanda joined Grandview in January of 2023. Having been in the HR profession for the past 20 years, Amanda has worked in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, insurance, law, and retail. Over her time in HR, her favorite thing to bring to a company is ways to develop and engage the employees, helping them grow as individuals and professionals.

“Each company is different, and learning how to keep employees engaged and eager to come to work is one of the key focuses of my day-to-day. We have a great group at Grandview, and I’m excited to watch the company continue to grow!”

In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering with animal rescue organizations, and pursuing a variety of hobbies: horseback riding, sword fighting – longsword and lightsaber, reading, and writing.

Fun fact: Amanda is a perpetual student, currently working on an additional degree to add to her collection: a Bachelor of Science in Equine Studies.
